Our 7th ANNUAL SPRING DINNER FUNDRAISER
"BIG NIGHT:
In love and life, one big night can change everything!"

was held on Saturday, April 26, 2008 from 6-10:00 p.m.
at Edna Valley Vineyard, in San Luis Obispo, CA
Our 7th Annual Spring Dinner was held at the beautiful Edna Valley Vineyard on Saturday, April 26 from 6-10:00 p.m. The sit-down, gourmet dinner was catered by the incredible Chef Evan Treadwell of the Lido Restaurant at the Dolphin Bay Hotel. The event theme guided the dinner and courses were paired with wines from Edna Valley Vineyard, Talley Vineyards, Baileyana, Tablas Creek Vineyard, and Tolosa Winery. The guest speaker, Archie McLaren, former Chairman of the San Luis Obispo Vintners & Growers Association and Founder & Chairman of the Central Coast Wine Classic gave an educational and enlightening presentation on our “Eclectic Central Coast Wines”.
The Silent Wine Auction included wines with a total value or more than $2,000. The Live Auction led by auctioneer Gil Stork was exciting and fun, with items ranging from a 42” flat screen TV to a 2-night stay in the penthouse suite at the luxurious Dolphin Bay Hotel plus a gourmet dinner for six catered by Chef Evan Treadwell. The live auction also had overnight stays with dinners in San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Pismo, and Ragged Point and many other wonderful items donated by generous local businesses. Wendy Thies was the wonderful emcee for the second year in a row.
Our Sponsors were Audio Ecstasy and the Dolphin Bay Hotel. Native Trails was a Co-Sponsor.
