held on Saturday, April 25, 2009
was a HUGE SUCCESS!!!
Our 8th Annual Spring Dinner had the passionate movie theme "Like Water for Chocolate." Chef Evan Treadwell, of the Lido Restaurant at the Dolphin Bay Hotel, provided the gourmet cuisine for this elegant sit-down dinner (see menu below); Archie McLaren was our guest speaker; Gil Stork our auctioneer extraordinaire and Wendy Thies, emcee for the evening. This event is our premier event of the year and it will continue to be a wonderful experience for all who join us. Our organization is growing, and with the present economy we need to make sure we have the funds to assist more breast cancer survivors as we grow. This event is our major source of annual funding besides being a wonderful evening! SAVE THE DATE for next year's event: Saturday, APRIL 24, 2010!
